Hollywood Private Hospital was looking to improve their impact on the environment, especially food waste produced onsite. The food waste produced includes fruit and vegetable scraps, fish and chicken bones, patient tray waste and compostable packaging. The hospital’s food waste has ultimately achieved 100% sustainability loop.
