SERVICE
At Green Eco Technologies we pride ourselves on providing responsive service and support through a dedicated local network
TRAINING
Following installation, your account manager will arrange training for all of your staff to ensure that you gain the maximum benefit from your WasteMaster system, including explaining the importance of separating waste and removing contaminants such as non-organic waste prior to loading.
As an integral part of our training, the environmental benefits of the WasteMaster system, such as the prevention of greenhouse gas generation, are also explained. The heightened awareness of the damage that can be caused by organic waste in landfill following our training has resulted in positive behaviour change and reduced food wastage for a number of our customers.
REMOTE MONITORING
All WasteMaster Installations are continuously monitored remotely through our global operations centres in Melbourne, Australia and Manchester, UK. The diagnostic capability of the system enable Green Eco Technologies to keep a watchful eye on your WasteMaster, stay in touch with your facility and perform testing and ‘recipe’ changes depending on your individual waste composition.
AUTOMATED WASTE REPORTING
Green Eco Technologies will provide you with reports on your food waste processing through a client web interface. Information can be generated on exactly how much food waste you are loading into your WasteMaster and we can tailor bespoke reports for your specific sustainability and environmental reporting requirements and for waste minimisation planning purposes.
FAQs
Is training provided?
Yes. Following installation, your account manager will arrange training for all of your staff to ensure that you gain the maximum benefit from your WasteMaster, including explaining the importance of waste separation and removing contaminants such as non-organic waste prior to loading.
Should I ever turn the
WasteMaster off?
No, WasteMaster can run continuously. During periods of low usage WasteMaster will automatically turn down its settings and will only operate at the level required to process the amount of waste being loaded.
What happens if I find contamination in the WasteMaster?
WasteMaster is an extremely robust system and will continue to operate even if contaminants are mixed in with the organic waste. However, the more contamination that is present, the less efficient the system will be and if the level of contamination is too high it may require an engineer to attend.
How do I know when the WasteMaster is full?
To avoid overfilling, WasteMaster continuously monitors the weight of the waste being processed. When the waste reaches the maximum weight threshold a red light will indicate that the WasteMaster is full and the loading door will lock to prevent further loading.
